Ride-Away Enhances Website to Improve Customer Experience
Londonderry, NH (Vocus) June 15, 2010 -- Ride-Away, America’s largest provider of wheelchair vans (http://www.ride-away.com/new-wheelchair-vans.php), vehicle modifications and adaptive equipment is proud to announce its new website (www.Ride-Away.com). The more user-friendly site has a crisper design with added educational tools.
Ride-Away changed the look of their site in a way that makes it more inviting and easier to navigate.
“Our number one goal is to create an overall excellent experience for our customers each time they visit one of our websites,” Mark Lore, Ride-Away President/CEO said.
Ride-Away also reorganized the inventory page. The information about each vehicle is now easier to read, so now a visitor to the website does not have to scroll up and down the page in order to get vehicle details.
“Another important goal of ours is to increase our organic search rankings to assist a wider range of consumers,” Rob Gartmayer, Ride-Away Marketing Manager said.
The site was designed with the intention to be more search engine optimization (SEO) friendly. Ride-Away has added a link to their blog on their site as well. “The mobility blog (http://www.ride-away.com/blog.php) will allow our customers to interact with Ride-Away in a way they were unable to in the past. We are encouraging, and looking forward to receiving feedback from our customers so that we can better serve them and improve the experience,” Jaime Kuczewski, Ride-Away President said.
Ride-Away plans to expand this site in the future by adding a video page and more information about new products and services.
